Will I need to buy any equipment?
- No, equipment is optional. Each workout can be done with a set of two water bottles. However, for optimal results I recommend dumbbells ranging from 5-10lbs, resistance bands, medicine balls, and/or a yoga mat for comfort.
Are there modifications?
- Each exercise can be modified by slowing down the movement or increasing elevation. You should modify the workouts to meet your physical capabilities.
How long is each workout?
- Each workout last from 30 minutes - 1 hour
